Overview
Confluer is the design system I developed to unify VersaFleet’s brand identity and product design. It established a scalable framework for creating consistent, user-friendly interfaces across the VersaFleet ecosystem, improving collaboration between marketing, design, product, and engineering teams.

My Contribution
I initiated and built the Confluer Design System to address the lack of cohesive design standards at VersaFleet. My responsibilities included:
- Auditing existing UI components to identify inconsistencies and inefficiencies.
- Establishing design guidelines that streamlined workflows and improved scalability.
- Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure practical implementation and adoption of the system.
Problem
Before Confluer, VersaFleet faced several challenges:
- Inconsistent Visual Components: Marketing and developers created ad hoc elements, leading to a fragmented user experience.
- High Maintenance Costs: Lack of reusable components increased design and development overhead.
- Scalability Issues: As the platform grew, the absence of a unified design system slowed development and introduced inconsistencies.
