GotSurge was a spin-off from VersaFleet. As appointed co-founder and Chief Product-Design Officer, I’ve had the pleasure to conceptualise, design, develop, and launch the GotSurge platform which has been acquired by Yinson GreenTech.

About GotSurge:

GotSurge is a platform that connects shippers with logistics providers, offering a seamless solution to one of the most challenging aspects of small business operations: logistics. Initially focused on home-based businesses & e-commerce before pivoting to marine, it then expanded to include inland deliveries again and sustainable electric vehicle options after its acquisition by YGT.

Problem:

Small businesses often face high logistics costs, inefficiencies in finding reliable providers, and a lack of visibility into sustainable delivery options. GotSurge needed a platform that was not only scalable but also intuitive for both shippers and logistics providers.

My Role

• Led end-to-end design, from strategy to execution, for GotSurge’s platform evolution.
• Led the marketing before its pivot to Marine
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
